    Garantia de 6600GT

    Bueno vereis os cuento el tema, no se si habreis visto que se hizo un pedido compartido de 6600GT no hace mucho a un distruidor extranjero. Bien mi tarjeta casco a a las pocas horas de uso.. pues bien me he puesto en contacto con el distribuidor y me dice que la envie directamente a Hong kong (el envio por casi cualquier agencia me sale por la modica cantidad de 70€!!!) por correos son 14€, si.. pero quien se fia de correos?. La excusa para que mande la tarjeta alli directamente es que el no tiene en stock y ahora mismo a portugal no estan llegando tarjetas graficas por los altos impuestos y que las piden directamente a fabrica..... 8O . Encima el tio pretende que me haga cargo de los portes, y a pesar de que dijo que el se hacia cargo de la garantia ahora dice que la garantia esta en japon¿?

    yes, you could send the card to me, but you would loose time and money, because this is not an European warranty, but a Japanese warranty. Thats why I gave you all the instructions and told you to send the card directly to the manufacturer. I don't have any card in stock and we will not have them once portuguese customs are not allowing entrance of new products from Asia (it's the only country within Europe where this is happening). They are charging very high fees/tax, unlike Spain, where products are passing through customs easily and free of tax. On the beginning we were accepting cards for replacement in Portugal, till portuguese customs definitely decided to not let them pass through (new ones from Asia), so, we are asking to International customers to send directly to the manufacturer wich is exactly what we would do.
     
    So, the easiest and faster way for you is to follow my step by step instructions and do exactly what I told you. Why would you like to loose time and money on another shipment to Portugal? Warranty replaces the card (this is 1 year warranty) but does not pay shipping costs... if you send the card to me, you would have to pay 3 shipments. The one to Portugal, the one to Asia and the one from Asia to you.
     
    I already comunicated manufacturer about your card, gave them all data and instructions, so they are waiting that you send the card to the address I gave  you at any moment. They will replace it immediatly. They are fast and very efficient with replacements. You don't have to worry about anything. Just follow my easy instructions and send the card to them as soon as possible, so you could have your new card in the best time possible.

    I will explain you a bit better, so you could understand whats going on in Portugal. Due to recent customs problems we are no longer importing from Asia to Portugal. We are only exporting directly from manufacturers (factorys) in Asia to other countrys that are free of  tax (customs issues), like Spain, UK, Italy, Australia and some others. So, we are giving manufacturer warranty directly to our customers. When I said that to Diego I was avoiding to give him the manufacturer address and name by obvious reasons, so, he would send cards to me. But, talking to manufacturer about that situation, they gave me a solution. The vendor name. So, sending to that address with the vendor name, customers would not know the name of the factory we are buying from.
     
    You don't have to be concerned with anything, Antonio, once you are sending directly to the manufacturer and saving time. We would do exactly the same when your card arrives here. 
     
    Please understand , and I ask for your best cooperation. I will fully supoport you all the time till the card arrives replaced to your home. You'll have me at your side all the time, keeping you updated of everything. I work with my customers like a partner. All that matters is my customers total satisfaction, security and protection. So, you can tottaly count on me. The most importantly now is to replace your card at the best time possible, so, I'l giving you the best solution. If you don't understand this and you want to send the card to me, thats fine to me, but you'll loose time and money on another shipment.
    Alguien sabe si este tio se puede quitar el muerto de esta forma? Porque como vendedor no deberia de reparar/sustituir o almenos gestionar el envio? y si no tiene disponibilidad del producto en cuesto no deberia de cambiarlo por uno igual o de mejroes prestaciones? (porque creo que esto son leyes europeas de garantia no?)

    Yo sólo te diría q hablaras con chuko, porq él tiene más mano con el portuguesín... la cosa es q si sigue dando el coñazo de esta manera, lo de la denuncia en plan general por incumplimiento en varias cosas se podría llevar a cabo...
