tmcomm.sys y windows 7 crash
hola tengo windows 7, ha estado funcionando sin problemas y de repente, por algun motivo se apaga solo. he ido a event viewer en safe mode y he visto este error repetidas veces:
The tmcomm service failed to start due to the following error:
This driver has been blocked from loading
he mirado en google y parece que ese error esta asociado al antivirus trendmicro el cual no tengo, asi que ando muy despistado. mi antivirus es avg free. no se como solucionar el problema y que el ordenador deje de apagarse por si solo nada mas mostrarse el escritorio al arrancarlo.
que debo? borrar ese archivo? cual es la solucion?
