compaq presario c700 problema indeterminado

Desastre informático

Hola, tengo una notebook compaq presario c700 con vista home premium que se cuelga totalmente (no funciona ni el task manager) y no es un programa en particular (al menos que no lo haya notado). Le pase el http://downloads.ewido.net/ewido_micro.exe y encontro solo ¨medium¨ que ya estan borrados. Aca pego el logo del hijackthis (no borre ninguna entrada)

Espero que puedan ayudarme, gracias por adelantado.

Reinicia en modo a prueba de fallos localiza y borra los siguientes ficheros:

hola de nuevo, borre lo que me dijiste pero el antivirus se cuelga al llegar al archivo 94 y 97, y el ordenador funciono bien un par de horas y se volvio a colgar.
