Pump relay switch kit installation guide.

warning¡ always disconnect from A/C power source while working with electrical devices !
damage to computer components and possible bodily harm can occur if this products is used improperly !

find a suitable placement for the pump's A/C socket. leave sufficient room under or above the hole to install the pump switch circuit board . a 1/4 minium clearance will be required beteween the circuit board and the edge of the hole .

make a 1.25 (32mm ) diameter hole in the cause , using a 1 1/4 . bi-metal hole saw . deburr the edges of he hole with sand paper .

position and center the mounting plate over he hola as a template to mark the location of the plate's mounting screws . drill 2 holes of . 125 diameter for the mounting screws . install the mounting plate using the screws provided with your kit .

insert the A/C socket inside the mounting plate

proceed with electrical conections as described in the diagram to the right . for normal operation , the L wire from the socket is connected to the N/O ( normally open ) position of the switch . this means that when the computer is off , there is no current from the power supply to the switch , and the relay is opened , disallowing A/C to the pump .
conversely , as soon as you turn the computer on , the switch become energized by the power supply , and the relay closes , allowing A/C current to the pass to the pump .
for maintenance operations , if you want to turn the pump on without operations , if you want to turn the pump on without operating the rest of the computer , you may temporarily connect the L wire to the N/C ( normally closed position . this is particulary useful for filling and bleeding the circuit , as you wouldn't want the computer running while th cooling circuit is not completely operational .

WARning : do not forget to reconnetc to N/O once you are ready to run the computer :if you leave the L wire connect to N/C , the pump will shut off as the relay is energized by the power supply

Hola soy un alumno de Romero Vargas de Jerez de la Frontera y voy a criticar a un profesor de telefonia, este profesor es una persona con unos conocimientos muy cortos, parece ser estar amargado y paga su amargura con los alumnos, es una persona que no la puede ver nadie, ademas todos los profesores del instituto comentan que no le pueden ni mirar, este ser, tiene chistes gaditanos muy malos, y se cree superior a los demas y no vale ni para estorbar, esta criatura tiene como objetivo undir a sus alumnos en vez de apoyarlos,...... en fin que si sigo hablando de el, veriais que todo lo que digo no es nada bueno, esta criatura se llama J.M. Castillo Perez, vive en cadiz y viene todo los dias a jerez en su coche ford rojo, siempre llega con los faros rotos, sera que alli tampoco lo pueden ver ............
