En cuanto al material, no tienes nada que reclamar: Es el que se utiliza en la inmensa mayoría de radiadores y en ningún sitio te dicen que sean de un material determinado.
Además, dudo mucho que haya realmente algún radiador con tubos de cobre: Con el espesor que tienen no resistirían apenas presión y se abombarían.
Es más dudo que los de metacrilato sean realmente de cobre: Parece más bien algún tipo de baño electrolítico.
En cuanto a la pintura, hay roces claros, aunque también se evidencia una falta de imprimación adecuada.
Como mucho puedes reclamar por eso, aunque, sinceramente, si cuando lo recibiste nuevo lo hubieses recibido así vale, pero hablamos (o eso entiendo) que eso se ha ido desprendiendo tras el tiempo, ayudado por el roce de algo.

I dont think theres any rude word aimed at your products that you dont deserve. What you did is a clear copy of other brands that have invested in research and have a good reputation.
Lets speak about... G-Changer rads instead of Feser's X-Changer, Phobya Nova 1080 and Magicool Nova 1080, your X fittings that have exactly the same design as the Bitspower Q fittings do, "your" plugs and 45º adaptors that look exactly the same as the Koolance ones do.
I can understand the Nova 1080 case since Andreas Rudnicki was the founder of Alphacool, but the others...
A company that has all this problems and such a relationship with Aquatuning and all of their problems with registering its distributors names doesnt deserves a penny of my wallet nor my respect.

ok, i dont know about materials so it's ok.
I didn't say that when i bought were scratched. What i mean is that the paint used isn't really good and at minimum scracth this is what it happens.

I didn't said that this radiator were really bad. If you readed my little review from the forum i explained the good things of this radiator and i just explained my experience and my opinion.

I never said that when i bought the radiator it were scratched so first be calm.
I make a little review about my experience and my opinion. I never said to all people that never buy this radiator but i'm explaining my experience about what i liked and what i think that can be improved.

Hay algo que no me ha gustado nada de nada sobre el email que me han enviado y es la manera de que me han hablado, vamos que mas borde no había visto a nadie responderme. Encima me preguntan por que posteo fotos de un radiador con ralladas.
Otra cosa que destaco es que el radiador no me venia así del primer dia, así que esta minireview es la review de un producto usado.
Lo que me preocupa de verdad es el carenado que parece realmente endeble.

The Copyproblem is not only a problem by Watercoolingstuff, this is problem in all branches.
But I want to answer of your examples:
Bitspower has for example the same SLI connector like we. Enzotech and Feser, too. Other lengthenings and adapter have we first placed on the marked and now other manufacture have them now in there program too.
The double connection from the g-changer comes for example by the next model from Feser on the market too.
We work hand in hand with magicool by the Nova 1080. You can speak with magicool if you need more information, but I must not say here anything, I have fear to tell company secrets.
An good example is the sleeved cables from phobya. We was the first who give these products as completes sets on the market and since a half year later: ask google, there many more manufacture who produce this too.
But my Question is, why do write this? Why fall the Name of my second chief Andreas Rudnicki? And what have we do with alphacool? Is there a private problem from for 3-4 for years with him?
When you start a privat Vendetta against one person, please notice, he is not the only person who work in these company! We work all hard and we love our jobs and with those posts jeopardize not only Andreas himself, you jeopardize me, my colleagues and our families, too!

On the Technical specifications stands:
Material: Copper fins, brass chambers
So, we have only look in the inside from the radiators. When you look between the fins, you see it is copper. When you look in the connector-holes you see the front where are finns and the canals together soldered. What you see is solder!
Our first exmaplepicture is to show the dobblecanals. We have win with these more area to cool the water.
When somebody have more question to this product or I have something overread, write me, I think/hope I can answer it!

Im aware about it's a problem in all branches, but that should not give you the confidence to do it. Would you steal designs just because someone else does?
The name of Andreas came up because i know hes also one of the founders of Alphacool and i understand the Phobya Nova case. Im not blaming you for that, but i am for the other products.
Im not against Alphacool or their workers, im against Phobya's because their industrial espionage and retro-enginereed products.
