Yo suelo usar uno que se llama contact cleaner

Hombre la verdad que no se si limpiándolo se habría solucionado, quizás si.

Excelente trabajo,aunque me preguntaba si habias probado primero a limpiar los contactos del potenciometro con algun limpiador de contactos de electronica,a mi de momento siempre que me han empezado a fallar el volumen ,lo he usado y se ha solucionado siempre bien el problema o si ya estaba mas cascado y no te quedaba mas remedio que cambiar el potenciometro entero.

A mi me pasa el mismo problema con unos T3030!De momento funcionar funciona pero cuando le sale de la ***** se baja o se sube!Asi que es interesente este post en un futuro!

Ok, I replaced the pot and it works great.

Again, Thank you for your time and effort.

1. In the store was not 50k and 47k use.
2. linear.
3. The potentiometer has 3 pin 2 connection to hold, these two are the ones that are bridged.

But I need just some more clarification. Only 3 questions.

1. Original pots were 50k and you put 47k?
2. They are logarithmic pots or linear pots?
3. On the "BASS" pot, first and last pin are connected together?

What I did was replace the potentiometer 50k origial one of 47k and a switch.

Replace also the bass.

I'm sorry I don't speak spanish, so I will write in english. I have the same problem as you with this volume control potentiometer.
I will replace it myself as you did but I need some help.

What are the specs of the pot you used? 50k ohm? Linear? Log? Please, this information is most important to me.
Another great help would be to photo the circuit board in closeup detail from above and behind. So I could see what pins did you solder.

Bueno pues al final me decidi por desoldar el potenciometro y fui a comprar uno nuevo, como el potenciometro de fabrica es demasido pequeño el nuevo no entra en la caja antigua, asi que fui a los chinos y compre un pastillero xD y ahi dentro lo he montado todo y funciona de maravilla.
